Terms of Cancellation, Refund and Commitment to Participation

1. Registration Cancellation Request
For purchases and registrations made directly on our website, cancellation requests and subsequent withdrawal from the selection process must follow these rules:
Regular Deadline : Cancellation requests must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days of the purchase/registration date, guaranteeing the right of withdrawal.
Registration Proximity Rule : If your registration is made 7 days or less before the start of the program activities (or the announcement of the results, if applicable), cancellation must be requested no later than 48 hours before the respective event.
Practical Example : If the announcement is made on the 5th and the registration was made on the 1st, the candidate may request cancellation until the 3rd. Requests sent from the 4th onwards will not be accepted, even if they are within the 7-day period from the purchase date.
Mandatory Procedure : The request must be sent exclusively to the official email address programa@mulheresnajustica.com.br with the subject line "Cancel my registration".
Validation : The sender's email address must be the same email address registered on the registration form.
2. Refund Terms and Methods
Once the cancellation is approved within the legal timeframes described above, the refund will follow the bank's processing times:
Credit Card: The timeframe for seeing the refund is up to two billing cycles, depending on your card's closing date and your bank's issuing policy.
Pix: The refund will be processed within 3 business days to the same account from which the payment was made.
3. Important Provisions and Cases of Force Majeure
Non-Refundable Fees: The registration platform service fee will not be refunded. However, administrative fees (ADM), installment interest rates, and insurance, if eventually charged, will be duly refunded.
Inability to Attend: The Program includes in-person meetings (Class 1: August 22-28, 2026; Class 2: September 6-12, 2026) and virtual meetings. Cancellation or refund requests justified by subsequent inability to attend, including due to force majeure (such as weather conditions, traffic jams, accidents, or health problems), will not be accepted after the regulatory deadline of 7 days.
Ownership and LGPD: Cancellation of registration implies the automatic exclusion of the candidate from the selection process and from the processing of sensitive data for the purposes of parity and intersectionality, in accordance with our Privacy Policy (LGPD).
4. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time for legal or operational purposes, so please check it regularly. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their publication on the website. In the event of substantial changes, registered candidates will be notified by email.
