Program “Pathways to Women's Leadership in the Justice System”
Public Call 01/2026

The “Pathways to Women's Leadership in Justice” program is committed to transparency, ethics, and security in the handling of your data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, and use the information of candidates, in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 - “LGPD”) .

1. What information do we collect?

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when filling out the registration form for Public Call 01/2026, in addition to technical navigation data on our platform:

Personal Identification and Contact Information: Full name, date and place of birth, ID card number, CPF (Brazilian tax identification number), employee registration number, nationality, marital status, information about dependents, full postal address, email, phone/cell phone number, and emergency contact.

Professional and Educational Data: Academic and school history (undergraduate and postgraduate degrees, studies abroad), information on scholarships, current position, institution of employment (Judiciary, Public Defender's Office or Public Prosecutor's Office), history of elected or appointed positions, and self-assessment of legal and leadership skills.

Institutional Perceptions: Responses and opinions on the justice system and the articulation of women for gender and racial equity.

Sensitive Personal Data: In accordance with the parity and intersectionality objectives of this call, we collect data on gender, gender identity, race, and special needs/accessibility resources.

Technical Navigation Data: IP address used to connect your computer to the internet, website browsing data, page response time, visit time, and interactions with the platform.

2. For what purposes do we use your data?

The processing of the collected data has strictly institutional purposes related to the pilot edition of the Program, namely:

To enable your registration, validate the mandatory criteria (such as self-declaration of gender), and process your participation in the selection process;
Apply the parity, diversity, and intersectionality criteria defined in the Public Call (through sensitive data on race, gender identity, and disability);

To facilitate the logistics and participation of selected candidates in the in-person and virtual stages of the program;

Establish ongoing communication with participants (via email, phone, messages or mail) during and after the conclusion of the Program;
Monitor the results of the pilot edition, produce impact analyses and aggregated statistical reports (always anonymously or by inference, preserving the identity of the candidates);

To comply with legal or regulatory obligations or requirements of oversight bodies;
Sharing new opportunities and updates, exclusively with candidates who express interest in receiving them.

Note regarding Public Disclosure: We may publicly disclose the names and professional profiles of selected candidates for institutional outreach purposes related to the Program.

3. How is your data stored and protected?

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform, which provides us with the online infrastructure for registration and payment collection. Your registration information may be stored in Wix.com's secure databases. The platform stores data on secure servers protected by firewalls.

In the case of financial transactions (such as the payment of the registration fee), all direct payment entries offered by Wix.com adhere to the standards defined by PCI-DSS (managed by the PCI Security Standards Council), ensuring the secure handling and processing of payment data.

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

To make the Program viable, the data collected will be shared among the partner institutions involved in its implementation and institutional support. Information may also be shared with third parties strictly necessary for the operation and logistics of the program (such as virtual learning platforms, hotel service providers, or transportation for in-person meetings), subject to strict contractual commitments to the protection of personal data.

5. Data Subject Rights

Filling in sensitive data (race, disability, and gender identity) is optional. However, failure to provide this information will prevent the application of parity criteria for the candidate (and, in the case of self-declaration as female, since it is a mandatory criterion of the Call, failure to provide it will result in disqualification).

At any time, you can exercise your rights guaranteed by the LGPD (such as confirmation of processing, access to data, correction or revocation of consent). To do so, or if you no longer wish your data to be processed, please contact us via the official email: programa@mulheresnajustica.com.br.

6. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time to comply with new legal requirements or operational changes. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their publication on the website. If we make material changes, you will be notified by email so that you are aware of them.
