Paths to leadership
of women in the justice system

Public Call 01/2026
 

This is the registration space for the first edition of the "Pathways to Women's Leadership in Justice" Program. This initiative is carried out in a network by JUSTA, FÓRUM JUSTIÇA and THEMIS Gender, Justice and Human Rights, and seeks to achieve, maintain and internalize gender and race parity in the Brazilian justice system.

Important information:

  • Target audience: women serving in the Judiciary, Public Prosecutor's Office, and Public Defender's Offices (State and Federal).

  • Openings: 30 places will be available in this first edition of the program.

  • Documentation: To complete your application, you must attach the following documents in PDF format: an updated resume, a cover letter, and a letter of recommendation.

  • Registration fee: A fee of R$ 100.00 is required to validate your application. (Payment instructions via PIX or card will be available at the end of the registration process).

  • Deadline: The form will accept responses strictly until June 30, 2026, at 11:45 PM. Incomplete submissions or those sent after the deadline will not be evaluated.

Thank you for your interest in participating in this first edition of the Pathways to Leadership for Women in Justice Program. This form is part of the program's pilot edition and therefore includes questions that go beyond the information necessary for the process. Our goal is to better understand the trajectories, experiences, and challenges faced by women in legal careers, strengthening the learning from this initiative.


The information collected will be used to monitor the results of the Program and produce analyses, always in accordance with data protection legislation and with a commitment to the ethical and responsible use of information.
